How we do it ...

Initially, we carry out a full detailed Survey and Risk Assessment of your property. From this we produce a set of Assignment Instructions, Health & Safety Risks, Location of Services i.e. Gas, Water, Electric etc. and all other relevant information which the Response Team need.

If your alarm is activated the Alarm Monitoring Centre will call our Control Centre. The call is logged and Keys and Assignment Instructions are issued to one of the Response Team and the details recorded on our secure encrypted system.

In accordance with the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) recommendations for key holders we aim to reach the property within 20 minutes. Our Cars are fitted with Satellite Navigation Systems, which assist our Response Officers with automatic route calculation and turn-by–turn voice prompted directions along the way. All vehicles are fitted with Real Time Vehicle Tracking allowing our Response Centre to monitor progress.

On arrival we carry out an external observation/check of the property to establish signs of forced entry. When satisfied with our Risk Assessment we then enter the building following the detailed assignment instructions and de-activate the alarm with our user code. Response Officers are familiar with all the leading manufacturers systems. The cause of the activation will be investigated and the fault rectified where possible. If necessary an Alarm Engineer will be called. An internal patrol of the property is carried out before re-setting the alarm, locking and leaving.

We leave an Activation Report Document detailing sequentially all the events and cause of the activation.

Unless instructed by you we will not leave your property un-alarmed and our Response Centre can organise any Boarding, Glazing or other trades which may be required to secure the building either using our own database of Suppliers or Contractors or Tradesman of your choice. Contractors will invoice you direct for work they carry out.
