For Business and Residential customers we hold a set of your keys at our 24 hr Response Centre. Keys are stored in a secure locked Keysafe with no reference to the customer or property to which they belong and are identified by a Secure Tag issued with a unique customer reference number. Each set of Keys is then secured to the Key Clamp with an adjustable serial numbered Polypropylene Pull-Seal.

In the event of your Burglar/Fire Alarm going off in the middle of the night the Monitoring Centre will call us, we will then dispatch one of our Response Officers to your property to investigate the cause, deal with any situation they may find and to leave the property locked and alarmed only when a satisfactory conclusion has been obtained.
